Acura MDX and TLX andHonda Pilot Recalled for Brake Problems

• 2021-2025 Acura TLX sedans—7,332 models built between Oct. 23, 2020, and Feb. 28, 2025
• 2023-2025 Honda Pilot SUVs—184,253 models built between Dec. 16, 2022, and Nov. 6, 2024
The problem: An improperly manufactured brake-pedal assembly may allow the pedal to slide side to side. That could prevent the driver from applying the brakes when they intend, or let the driver inadvertently apply the brakes.
The fix: Acura and Honda dealers will inspect the pedal assembly and install a new assembly if needed, at no cost to the owner.
